NEXT LEVEL ESSENTIALS

Put the right foundations in place before you grow.

Next Level Essentials brings the different parts of your website together into one clear, connected foundation.

We review the five pages that matter most, identify what is holding the website back and make the practical improvements needed across messaging, structure, customer journeys, SEO, AI visibility, technical performance, analytics and conversion.

It is designed for small businesses, start-ups and sole traders that need an affordable but thorough first step — with immediate improvements, appropriate measurement and a clearer roadmap for the next stage of growth.

Next Level Essentials
Five priority pages. Ten connected foundations. One clearer route forward.

THE FIRST STEP IN YOUR WEBSITE GROWTH JOURNEY

Strengthen the essentials before building further.

A website may look good to the eye while important issues remain underneath. It may also feel outdated and need more than a visual refresh — the structure, messaging, functionality and customer journey may all need attention.

The messaging may not be clear.

The most important pages may not guide visitors towards the right action.

Search engines and AI platforms may struggle to understand the website.

Analytics may not be collecting the information needed to guide future decisions.

The website may no longer meet current standards for usability, search visibility, AI readiness, page speed and customer expectations.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

01

Strategy and discovery

A one-hour strategy conversation, structured questionnaire and review of your business priorities.

03

10-Point Foundation assessment

06

Review and amendments

One consolidated set of reasonable copy amendments is included.

Need more than five pages? Additional pages can be assessed and quoted separately.

Ten connected areas reviewed as one website journey.

We assess the website against ten essential foundations:

01

Business positioning

Is it immediately clear what the business offers, who it helps and why someone should choose it?

02

Messaging and copy

Does the language communicate the right value clearly, consistently and persuasively?

03

Page structure

Does each page present information in the right order and make the important content easy to understand?

04

Customer journeys

Can visitors quickly find what they need and understand the most relevant next step?

05

Calls to action

Are enquiries, bookings, purchases or other actions clearly signposted?

10-POINT WEBSITE FOUNDATION

Next Level Essentials

06

Trust and authority

Does the website provide enough proof, reassurance and credibility?

07

Search visibility

Are the pages structured and written in a way that helps search engines understand their purpose?

08

AI and answer visibility

Is the business, its expertise and its offer clear enough for AI platforms and answer engines to interpret?

09

Technical foundations

Are there obvious issues affecting usability, mobile presentation, page speed or general performance?

10

Analytics and measurement

Is the right tracking in place to understand what happens next and support future decisions?

These areas are not treated as separate exercises. They are considered together so the website becomes clearer, more coherent and better prepared for growth.

YOUR FIVE PAGES

The right structure for your business.

The exact five pages are agreed during the strategy conversation.

We focus on the pages that matter most to the customer journey, business priorities and future growth. These will not necessarily be the five pages receiving the most traffic now.

Depending on the business, the five pages could instead include a package page, product page, location page, case study, portfolio page, lead magnet or booking page.

The aim is not to force every business into the same structure. It is to identify the five pages that will create the strongest connected foundation for yours.

A typical service-led website might include:

01

Home page

A clear introduction to what you offer, who you help and why someone should choose you.

02

Main service page

A stronger presentation of the priority service, what it solves and the next step.

03

Secondary service page

A clear route into another important service, package or area of expertise.

04

About page

A trust-building page connecting your experience and approach to the needs of the customer.

05

Contact or enquiry page

A simpler final step with reassurance and an easier route to make contact.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

A clear route from review to implementation.

01

Confirm the priorities

We review the platform, discuss what the business needs and agree the five pages that will create the strongest starting point.

02

Understand and assess

You complete the questionnaire and strategy conversation. We then review the website, available data and agreed pages.

03

Improve and implement

We reshape the agreed pages and produce fully coded layouts, implemented directly where possible or supplied for your developer.

04

Review and move forward

One consolidated set of reasonable amendments is included, followed by a clearer roadmap for future development.

PRACTICAL DELIVERY

Your knowledge, turned into practical website improvements.

You know your business best. We use the questionnaire and strategy conversation to understand what you offer, who it is for and what matters most.

We then reshape, organise and enhance that information so it works more effectively online.

More than a written report

You receive stronger, updated pages that bring together your business knowledge with recommendations across strategy, messaging, SEO, AI visibility, usability, technical performance and conversion.

Copy improvements are included within the agreed five pages, together with one consolidated set of reasonable amendments. Substantial new sections or additional rounds of rewriting may be quoted separately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about Next Level Essentials.

Scope and delivery

What is not included in the £699 package?

The package covers the agreed review and improvement of up to five existing pages. It does not include domain or hosting fees, business email, professional photography, paid imagery, full branding, legal advice, online shops, membership areas, complex booking systems, portals, custom software, substantial migration, ongoing maintenance, unlimited revisions or additional pages.

Simple links to existing booking, payment or enquiry services may be included where technically straightforward.

What happens if I need more than five pages?

Additional pages can be reviewed, rewritten, coded or implemented for an additional quoted cost. We normally begin with the pages that matter most to the customer journey and business priorities.

Can I choose the five pages?

The five priority pages are agreed with you during the suitability check and strategy conversation. The selection is based on business value and the customer journey rather than traffic alone.

How many revisions are included?

One consolidated set of reasonable copy amendments is included. Additional rounds, major changes of direction, new sections or new functionality may need to be quoted separately.

Does this include ongoing website maintenance?

No. The package covers the agreed project through implementation or handover. Future support can be quoted individually or provided through Next Level Momentum.

Content, images and ownership

Do I need to supply all the website wording?

No. The questionnaire and strategy conversation provide the information needed to improve the core messaging and copy for the agreed pages. You do need to provide accurate factual information, service details, prices where applicable, qualifications, testimonials and business processes.

How are images handled?

We use images supplied by you and can include up to five images on each agreed page where appropriate. Images must be supplied in suitable dimensions and quality, and you must own them or have permission to use them.

Professional photography, extensive image editing and paid stock imagery are not included unless agreed separately.

Who owns the website and completed work?

Your domain, hosting, website platform, analytics and connected business accounts should remain in your name and under your control. Completed original code and agreed website content are supplied once the project has been paid for in full.

Third-party images, fonts, software and plugins remain subject to their original licences and terms.

Can I update the website afterwards?

Yes, although making changes to the coded layouts will depend on your technical understanding, your website platform and your confidence working with code.

We recommend keeping an untouched backup before making any changes.

If you would prefer us to make further updates, we would be happy to help either as separately quoted work or through the Next Level Momentum retainer.

Technical questions

What if my website cannot support the coded layouts?

We assess compatibility before the project begins. Where direct implementation is not suitable, we provide completed files for your existing developer. A substantial rebuild, migration or platform upgrade would be quoted separately.

Will the pages be mobile friendly?

Yes. The coded layouts are designed to work across common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes. Final behaviour can also be influenced by the wider platform, navigation and third-party elements.

Will the website be faster?

We use performance-conscious principles and identify obvious issues affecting the agreed pages. We cannot guarantee a fixed PageSpeed score because performance is also affected by hosting, templates, fonts, tracking scripts, plugins, video and third-party services.

Are there ongoing costs?

Existing or future costs for the domain, hosting, website platform, business email, paid software, plugins and third-party services remain separate. Any new third-party costs will be explained before they are added.

Visibility and responsibilities

Will the website rank first on Google?

No responsible provider can guarantee a specific ranking. The package strengthens on-page SEO and website structure, but rankings are also affected by competition, authority, content, links, demand and ongoing marketing.

Will my business appear in AI-generated answers?

The website is structured to improve machine understanding and citation potential. AI platforms choose their own sources, so inclusion or citation cannot be guaranteed.

Does the package include legal policies?

No. The package does not include legal advice or bespoke drafting of privacy policies, cookie policies, terms and conditions or regulated-industry disclaimers. The client remains responsible for meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
