YOUR FIVE-PAGE FOUNDATION

The right pages for the first customer journey.

The exact pages are agreed around the needs of the business rather than forced into a fixed template.

A typical service-led website might include:

01

Home

A clear introduction to the business, offer and customer value.

02

Main service

A focused presentation of the priority service or product.

03

Second service

Another important offer, package or area of expertise.

04

About

Trust, experience and the story behind the business.

05

Contact

A clear and reassuring route to make an enquiry.

WHO BESPOKE IS FOR

For projects that need to begin with a blank page.

01

Launching a new business

You need the brand, website and technical foundations built together.

02

No website yet

You need help choosing the right platform, structure and setup.

03

Complete replacement

Your current website is no longer suitable and needs rebuilding.

04

More than five pages

Your services, audiences or content require a wider structure.

05

Lead generation tools

You need forms, lead magnets, downloads or interactive elements.

06

One joined-up project

You want strategy, content, design and implementation connected.

Where an existing website already has a suitable platform and usable foundations, Next Level Essentials or Elevate may be a more appropriate starting point.

THE NEXT LEVEL BUILD METHOD

A clear route from initial brief to future development.

Every Bespoke project follows the same structured process, adapted to the size and complexity of the website.

B

STAGE ONE

D

Once data becomes available, the website can continue to develop through Elevate or Momentum.

BUILT ON STRONG FOUNDATIONS

More than an attractive design.

We consider positioning, messaging, page structure, customer journeys, trust, calls to action, search visibility, AI readability, mobile presentation, technical setup and measurement together.

The result is a website designed to support both the immediate launch and future growth.

CONNECTED WEBSITE EXPERTISE

More than a design project: the thinking behind the website is built too.

A strong new website needs more than attractive pages. The offer, audience, messaging, content, search visibility, trust and customer journey need to work together from the beginning.

Depending on the agreed scope, a bespoke project can bring together website strategy, positioning, page planning, copy, design, technical setup, SEO, AEO, analytics, calls to action and practical implementation.

This creates a more useful foundation for customers, search engines and AI-powered answer platforms, while giving the business a website it can continue to develop over time.

01Strategy and positioning

Clarify the offer, audience, commercial priorities and role of the website.

02Structure and journeys

Plan the pages, navigation, calls to action and routes through the website.

03Copy and content

Create clear core-page copy, useful supporting information and trust content.

04Design and implementation

Build practical layouts and implement the agreed website where suitable.

05SEO, AEO and AI visibility

Make services, expertise and page relationships easier to understand and retrieve.

06Measurement foundations

Set up appropriate analytics, tracking and a basis for future evidence-led improvement.

A tailored website shaped around the business, products and customer journey.

See how strategy, company story, product structure and practical e-commerce requirements were brought together within one connected website.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about Next Level Bespoke.

Does the £2,499 package include branding?

It includes practical starter branding such as a colour palette, typography direction and a simple logo or wordmark.

A full brand identity, detailed guidelines, multiple logo variations or extensive graphic design would be scoped separately.

Does the price include the domain?

No. Domain registration and renewal charges are separate.

We can recommend suitable options and help you purchase and connect the chosen domain. It should normally be registered in your name or your business's name.

Does the price include website hosting?

No. Hosting or website-platform subscriptions are paid separately by the client.

We recommend an appropriate option, explain the expected costs and help with setup.

Does it include a business email address?

We can help set up and connect an email address using your domain. The email subscription is separate and paid directly to the provider.

Are there any other costs I should expect?

Possible separate costs may include:

  • Domain registration and renewal
  • Hosting or platform subscriptions
  • Domain email subscriptions
  • Premium plugins or specialist software
  • Paid stock images or professional photography
  • Specialist fonts or licences
  • Advanced booking, payment or membership systems
  • External developers or specialist integrations
  • Legal policies or compliance advice

Any expected costs are discussed before the project begins.

Are stock images included?

Suitable free-to-use images may be sourced where appropriate. Paid stock photography, professional photography, extensive editing or a large image library would be separate.

Do you provide legal, GDPR or compliance advice?

We can provide practical website guidance on common requirements such as privacy information, cookie notices, consent wording, data collection and the placement of policies.

We can also add policies and notices supplied by you or your professional adviser.

We do not provide legal advice or guarantee that wording is suitable for your specific business, sector or circumstances. Bespoke terms and conditions, privacy policies, regulated-industry wording, specialist compliance requirements and technical or professional data should be reviewed or prepared by a suitably qualified adviser.

The client remains responsible for ensuring that the website, business information, policies and technical claims meet all relevant legal, regulatory and professional requirements.

Is the website limited to five pages?

Bespoke Website Foundations includes five agreed pages. Additional pages or a larger structure can be quoted as a Full Bespoke Website project.

What counts as one page?

A page is one clearly defined website page with an agreed purpose and standard level of content and functionality.

Very long pages, complex forms, tools, calculators, directories or substantial features may require additional scope.

Do you write the website copy?

Yes. We use the questionnaire and strategy discussions to create or develop the copy for the agreed pages.

You remain responsible for confirming that all factual, legal, service, pricing and business information is accurate.

Can you create forms, lead magnets and artwork?

A straightforward contact or enquiry form may be included in the foundation website.

Advanced forms, downloadable resources, automated journeys, interactive tools, custom illustrations, complex diagrams and wider artwork are normally scoped within a Full Bespoke project.

How are payments made?

Your initial discussion and quotation are free.

  • 20% is paid to reserve the project time
  • 50% is paid when the project begins
  • 30% is paid on completion, before handover or launch

The precise payment dates are confirmed in the project proposal.

What happens if I request additional work?

Anything outside the agreed scope is discussed before it is started. We explain the cost, timing and any effect on the project schedule. No extra work is undertaken without approval.

What happens if information or feedback is delayed?

The timetable depends on receiving the agreed information, access, images and feedback when required. Delays may move the project into the next available delivery period.

How many revisions are included?

One consolidated round of reasonable revisions is included unless the proposal states otherwise.

A substantial change of direction, additional pages or further revision rounds may require a separate quote.

Who owns the completed website?

Your domain, hosting, email, analytics and connected business accounts should remain under your ownership and control.

Completed original website copy and code are supplied following full payment. Third-party software, images, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own licences.

Will the website be mobile friendly and measured?

Yes. The layouts are designed for common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.

Appropriate analytics and search measurement can be included so the website begins collecting useful information after launch.

Can you guarantee traffic or enquiries?

No responsible provider can guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales or AI citations.

The website is built using sound strategy, search, content, usability and conversion principles to create a stronger platform for growth.
